Cary Gymnastics Birthday Party
Thank you for your interest in Cary Gymnastics Center for your child’s
upcoming birthday party. Our birthday parties are held on Saturday’s from
12:30 PM – 2:15 PM and 2:45 PM - 4:30 PM. We offer 2 different themes:
Gymnastics and America Ninja Warrior. Parties are 1 hour and 45 minutes in
length - 1 hour in the gym, 15 minutes of open gym play time and 30 minutes
in the party room.

PRICING
The cost is $250 for 12 children or less. Each additional child is $10. The
maximum number of kids allowed is 30. A party participant is any child that
is in the gym and playing on the equipment regardless of age. Adults are
NOT allowed on the equipment at any time.

PARTY PACKAGE
Your party package includes the use of our facility, equipment, table, chairs,
access to our refrigerator and staff assistance. All other food/beverages, paper goods and
decorations are not provided. Decorations can be brought in and set-up 15
min. prior to your party. If you would like to bring in food, we ask that it
stays in the party room only. If you are having food delivered, we
recommend that you have them deliver it 45-60 minutes into the party.
There are a variety of food establishments in the area.

SCHEDULING A PARTY

A $250 non refundable deposit is collected at time of booking online. 

The remaining balance of your party will be due on the day of your event. Visa, Master Card, Discover,
Cash or Check is accepted. Gratuity is not included and not required, but it  is very much appreciated.
