Billing & make up classes

Tuition

Tuition is billed monthly, and all families are required to enroll in automatic billing using a credit or debit card.

Students may enroll and begin classes at any time during the month. Tuition will be prorated based on the student's start date.
Cary Gymnastics operates on continuous enrollment, which means your child's spot is automatically reserved each month as long as tuition is paid on time. There is no need to re-register each month.
Monthly tuition charges are posted to your account around the 25th of each month. You may log into your parent portal and pay your balance using the card of your choice before the automatic draft, or simply allow the card on file to be charged on the due date.
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month and is automatically charged to the credit or debit card on file.

If your automatic payment is declined, you have until the 5th of the month to pay your balance. Students with unpaid balances after the 5th will be dropped from their class.

Canceling a Class

To withdraw from a class, you must email lauracarygym@gmail.com with your cancellation request.

Your email must be received by the 25th of the month to stop the automatic tuition draft on the 1st of the following month.
Please wait for a confirmation email verifying that your child has been dropped from the class. If you do not receive confirmation, your enrollment will remain active.

Class cancellations cannot be made by phone, voicemail, text message, or through instructors. Email is the only accepted method.

No credits or refunds will be issued for canceled classes.

Class Make-Ups

If your child misses a class, we will do our best to schedule a make-up class; however, make-up classes are not guaranteed and are based on availability.

Check the parent portal for classes with available openings.
Classes showing a waitlist are full and cannot accept make-up students.
Each student is allowed one make-up class per month.
Make-up classes must be completed within the same month the class was missed.
Students must be actively enrolled to be eligible for a make-up class.
We do not provide open gym passes, tuition credits, or refunds for missed classes.

Once you have found an available class that works for your schedule, email lauracarygym@gmail.com to request your make-up class.
