| "New" Yoga Children ages 7-12, Monday 6:15-7:00pm Starts January 11th Shake out your sillies, reach for tthe stars, balance like an eagle, stand tall like a mountain! Enjoy the many benefits of yoga through music movement, games, and stories. Children will build strength and flexability while learning relaxation and breathing techniques to help calm the body and mind. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one. $40 for 5 classes or $10 for drop in Adult Wednesday 9:15-10:15am Starts January 13 Enjoy this hour of power where you will tune in and learn to synchronize breath and movement. You will stretch, strengthen and align the body, mind & spirit through the practice of yoga. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one. $40 for 5 classes or $10 for drop in Instructor Jean Masukevich First class is free. |
