CLASS MAKEUPS 



Make-up tokens are only provided if a class is canceled by Cary Gymnastics.  


If your child misses a class, we do not guarantee a make-up class will be available.  


We do our best to accommodate missed classes, but we can't guarantee them.  Please refer to the parent portal to see what classes are open.  


If there is a waitlist noted that class is full and will not accept make-ups.  


Each student is allowed one make-up class per month. 


All make-ups need to be completed within the month they are missed. 


A student must be actively enrolled in a class to be eligible for a make-up.  


Once you have determined if there is a class that will work, email michellecarygym@gmail.com to schedule your make-up.

Class Policies at Cary Gymnastics 


TUITION 

Tuition is billed on a monthly basis and everyone is required to enroll in automatic billing. Students can enroll and start classes at any time during the month. Tuition will be prorated based on the start date. We operate on perpetual enrollment basis; meaning, provided you pay your tuition on time, your child automatically remains registered for his/her class. There is no need to re-register each month.

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. If payment is not received by the 5th, your child will be dropped from the class.

BILLING AND PAYMENTS

Invoices are emailed on the 25th of the prior month. Please make sure that we have your correct email address on file. Upon joining you will be asked to confirm which credit card you want to use for automatic billing. Your payment will be automatically charged to the credit card on file on the 1st of each month.

 

CANCELING YOUR CLASS

To drop your class you must EMAIL  michellecarygym@gmail.com requesting to cancel. Please make sure you receive a follow up email confirming your class has been dropped. You can also come into the gym and fill out a cancellation form.  

All Class drops must be done by the 25th of the month in order to stop payment for the draft on the 1st.

THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO DROP YOUR CLASS! We do NOT take phone calls or messages for class drops.  

WE WILL NOT PROVIDE CREDITS OR REFUNDS

 

  
Recreational Girls Gymnastics
Recreational Gymnastics is designed to teach proper skill progressions and body shaping while learning skills on all four events. Girls work toward an eventual consideration for a competitive team. Gymnasts must show mastery of skills on each event in order to progress to the next level. 

Jr. Beginners (Ages 5-6)
