| You will be put through a series of strength building activities while keeping your heart rate elevated and burning fat. Some exercises done in class are push-ups, mat jumping, squats, prone holds, and more. Modifications are made according to each individuals ability. Children will build strength and flexability while learning relaxation and breathing techniques to help calm the body and mind.
