Adult Boot Camp

You will be put through a series of strength building activities while keeping your heart rate elevated and burning fat. Some exercises done in class are push-ups, mat jumping, squats, prone holds, and more. Modifications are made according to each individuals ability.

Yoga

Enjoy this hour of power where you will tune in and learn to synchronize breath and movement. You will stretch, strengthen and align the body, mind & spirit through the practice of yoga. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one.

Cardio Boxing

Carido Boxing conditions the total body and provides a complete workout for your cardiovascular and endurance systems. Some benefits include increases stamina, speed, and coordination.
