| Participant specifically assumes all risks of injury arising out of his or her presence on or about the premises, or his/her use or intended use of equipment or facilities, or his/her participation in the activities of Cary Gymnastics Center Inc., on or about the premises or at another location and does hereby for himself or herself, his or her heirs, excutors and administrators waive, release and agree to hold free all claims for damages, the Cary Gymnastics Center Inc., and all its respective officers and employees. User agrees not to permit any activities on the Cary Gymnastics Center Inc. property which are illegal or immoral. User agrees to protect Cary Gymnastics Center Inc. property and to reimburse the reasonable cost of repair or replacement of any property damaged in connection with the user's use thereof, normal wear and tear excepted. User agrees to leave the facility in a clean and tidy conition, and to reimburse the Cary Gymnastics Center Inc. for cost of any clean up beyond normal janitorial maintenance. |

| A $50 non-refundable deposit is due upon booking the party. The balance is due the day of the party. Parties are an hour of gym time and half an hour of party room time. Parents are responsible for collecting all waivers for guests. |
